In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

  • Intercompany ordering process for various projects across the EU.
  • Handle all aspects of import/export and shipment logistics across different countries worldwide with a focus on Ukraine.
  • Ensure accurate and timely receipt of goods and services including processing and documentation, impacting sales.
  • Manage budget-related orders, including third-party and intercompany transactions, specifically in Poland.
  • Maintain and update the customer and vendor database for all customers and end-users across the EU.

For This Role, You Will Need:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Project Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in contract administration, customer care, supply chain management, or logistics.
  • Proficiency in English, Polish, and Ukrainian.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling documentation.
  • Follow agreed procedures and processes to ensure compliance.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills to interact with various stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:

  • Proficiency in ERP systems and database management tools.
  • Knowledge of import/export regulations and compliance requirements (customs clearance).
  • Familiarity with budget management software and financial reporting tools.
