What you’ll achieve

As a Continuous Improvement Specialist , you will be responsible for supporting continuous improvement projects or programs. You will work with the Kaizen Team and Procedures Writing Team on the implementation of lean manufacturing activities.

You will:

1. Support implementation of lean manufacturing activities (e.g., Kaizen, Gemba) to optimize production processes
2. Participate in problem-solving groups
3. Analyze root causes of problems to implement continuous improvement actions
4. Draft and publish work instructions
5. Create charts, graphs, and other visualizations to provide recommendations and insights

2. Theoretical knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, Kaizen, and formal problem-solving tools
3. Ability to efficiently communicate in English and Polish (both verbal and written)
4. Good knowledge of MS Office
5. Graduates from: Production Management, Management Engineering
