What we expect

• an individual with preliminary professional experience (at least 1 year) including basics of project management, Continuous Improvement and performance analysis of processes;
• good problem solving skills, can-do attitude;
• opennes, good communication skills, collaborative spirit;
• comfortable with fast past-paced, high-intensity environment where multiple projects are balanced and work needs to be prioritized;
• evidence of using LSS tools would be an asset

Your tasks

• support other team members in execution of diverse types of process assessments (such as Value Stream Mapping) online or onsite;
• support facilitation of various workshops in online or onsite form;
• create and deliver compelling presentations to provide project updates;
• track the progress of assignments and process KPIs across various platforms
