Continuous Improvement Senior Consultant

• Supporting Continuous Improvement initiatives at Global, Regional or local level for the HR Operations Organization.
• Leading the assigned initiatives from End To End perspective (planning, coordinating, monitoring progress and risks, acting on mitigation, ensuring objectives and deliverables are met, as per defined requirements).
• Supporting Global and Regional projects within the HR Operations organization (appropriate stakeholder management to ensure their expectations are managed and buy-in is ensured).
• Supporting the HR Operations Leadership in business management specific topics, support the identification and elimination of unnecessary complexity within business processes and of better ways of working.
• Ensuring proper documentation of the projects driven as per the corresponding methodology (PM/ Lean Six Sigma).
• Analyzing performance and operational data to identify improvement opportunities.
• Collaborating with HR Operations teams to identify and implement process optimization initiatives.
• Developing, maintaining, and enhancing the Continuous Improvement framework, including tools and methodologies.
• Promoting a Continuous Improvement mindset within the organization by training and supporting employees in CI and Project Management practices.
• Mentoring junior CI team members, advancing skill development and collaboration.

This role is part of the Global Quality and Continuous Improvement team. The Continuous Improvement Senior Consultant will support Global HR Operations Leadership Team and HR Operations Teams by managing projects, process improvements and various change initiatives. The role involves project leadership, stakeholder management, and promoting a culture of continuous improvement.
