• an individual with preliminary professional experience (at least 1 year) including basics of project management, Continuous Improvement, visual content creation and events organization
• experience in visual content creation and preparation of tailored messages for customers
• good problem solving skills, can-do attitude
• opennes, good communication skills, collaborative spirit
• comfortable with fast past-paced, high-intensity environment where multiple projects are balanced and work needs to be prioritized
• experience in events organization will be an asset

Your tasks

• creation and delivery of communication materials related to Process Excellence & CI (text, graphics, newsletter, promotional materials, PowerPoint presentations)
• support facilitation of various workshops in online or onsite form
• creation and adjustment of visual materials (also in Canva)
• collaboration with various Stakeholders and tailoring messages depending on the needs
