We are looking for an experienced Continuous Improvement Automation Business Partner in the Continuous Improvement team to focus on creating efficiencies through the automation of key system checks and updates within our customer experience operations. You will play a crucial part in streamlining processes and ensuring a seamless experience for our valued clients. You will support the Continuous Improvement team on automating reports and the various Customer Experience teams supporting both Ocean and Supply Chain Management business. You will be a part of a highly diverse, multicultural, competitive, and engaged team with varied levels of skills and experience.
