We are looking for a motivated Continuous Improvement Analyst to join our clients team. In this newly created role, you will be instrumental in driving continuous improvement initiatives, supporting management in enhancing process and performance management, and working closely with service delivery teams to identify, assess, and implement process improvements.

Our client is a rapidly expanding shared services hub based in Warsaw. They provide a flexible work setup, with employees spending three days in the office and two days working remotely.
Description
- Foster a culture of ongoing improvement by encouraging a mindset of innovation throughout the organization.
- Design and lead training sessions to enhance skills in continuous improvement techniques.
- Establish and monitor key performance indicators to track the impact of efficiency initiatives.
- Support the execution of improvement strategies aimed at optimizing processes, boosting productivity, and maintaining high-quality standards.
- Collaborate closely with Service Delivery Teams across accounting (GL/AR/AP) areas to identify process gaps, streamline operations, and mitigate risks.
- Advocate for automation, AI integration, and emerging technologies to enhance workflows and efficiency.
- Engage in Global Process Owner meetings to assess potential upgrades and process refinements.
- Document and communicate progress on implemented improvements.
Profile
- Experience in process optimization or continuous improvement within a Shared Services environment.
- Deep understanding of Lean Six Sigma or other process improvement methodologies.
- Finance and Accounting background.
- Technical expertise in data processing, analysis, and system integration; familiarity with AI and machine learning concepts; proficiency in R and Python programming (even basic knowledge is a plus); analytical mindset with a focus on process optimization and dashboard creation.
- Proficient in English; knowledge of Polish or other European languages is a plus.
- Strong ability to manage projects efficiently.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work across multiple departments and teams to drive improvement initiatives.
- Customer-focused, proactive, and driven by continuous improvement.
