Job Opportunity: Content Specialist / Content Expert

RSB Automotive Consulting is looking for a Content Specialist / Content Expert to support one of our global clients in managing and enhancing a central Content Management System (CMS) within an online portal. This role focuses on content maintenance, optimization, and strategic development, ensuring high-quality digital content, SEO compliance, and accessibility. You will be part of an agile team working on a modern digital platform.

Key Details

1. Location: Remote with occasional business trips to the client’s site in Nuremberg (up to 10% of working time)
2. Employment Type: Full time, B2B or Employment contract
3. Duration: Several months with the possibility of extension

Your Responsibilities

1. Coordinate editorial tasks within the team, ensuring deadlines and priorities are met
2. Review and validate content before publication to ensure quality and consistency
3. Develop and refine content guidelines in collaboration with project leadership
4. Continuously assess and improve content in terms of structure, clarity, and strategic alignment
5. Design and implement content strategies with a strong focus on user experience
6. Organize and optimize content structures and navigation
7. Conduct content-related workshops with internal experts to refine digital strategies
8. Identify and curate relevant content topics based on analysis and stakeholder input
9. Define navigation structures and page layouts based on research and best practices
10. Ensure a seamless Customer Journey (User Journey) across different touchpoints
11. Perform continuous quality checks through testing and collaboration with software testers
12. Provide support for the existing online platform, troubleshooting and resolving content-related issues
13. Improve editorial workflows for better efficiency and consistency

Tech Stack & Requirements

1. Backend: Java (Kubernetes)
2. Frontend: Angular
3. CMS: Drupal
4. Strong analytical skills and experience in content management and strategy
5. Knowledge of SEO, accessibility standards, and best practices for digital content
6. Experience working in agile development environments
