?We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior AI Knowledge Content Specialist to support the preparation of AI-ready content for chatbot integration. In this role, you will collaborate with experienced team members to review, assess, and optimize knowledge content to ensure it meets AI-readiness standards!

?Hybrid from Kraków: work from office 3 days per week
?Start: immediately (June, 2025 the latest)
responsibilities :
Review and assess existing knowledge content (articles, FAQs, documentation) for AI-readiness
Collaborate with content authors to create or enhance materials to meet chatbot standards
Help prepare and maintain an organized document repository for chatbot ingestion
Support chatbot testing and iteration by reviewing user feedback, analyzing root causes, and contributing to solution implementation
requirements-expected :
Understanding and/or strong interest in AI and chatbot technologies
Experience in content management and knowledge base systems - ideally around 1 year
Strong communication and teamwork skills, proactive and problem-solving mindset
Fluent English - at least C1
