We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior AI Knowledge Content Specialist to support the preparation of AI-ready content for chatbot integration. In this role, you will collaborate with experienced team members to review, assess, and optimize knowledge content to ensure it meets AI-readiness standards!

?Hybrid from Kraków: work from office 3 days per week

?Start: immediately (June, 2025 the latest)

• Understanding and/or strong interest in AI and chatbot technologies
• Experience in content management and knowledge base systems - ideally around 1 year
• Strong communication and teamwork skills, proactive and problem-solving mindset
• Fluent English - at least C1
