Overview

The Content Search Engine Optimization (SEO) Manager is responsible for defining and leading content-focused SEO strategies that improve organic visibility, traffic and user engagement across the content journey. This position is global and located in our Cracow office and will be an on-site role.

What You Will Do

• Define and implement an SEO strategy, aligned to our digital content goals, user needs and emerging trends, including the growing impact of AI-powered search.
• Lead an international team of specialists, driving excellence in keyword research, content optimization and performance analytics.
• Collaborate with counterparts in global marketing and information technology to ensure content is discoverable, relevant and responsive to search intent across all stages of the user journey.
• Lead a team of SEO specialists to identify opportunities through keyword research, user research and data analysis and translate insights into actionable content recommendations.
• Continually audit and optimize content for on-page SEO best practices, including metadata, internal linking, structured data, and search intent alignment.
• Maintain performance frameworks, reporting dashboards and KPI tracking to monitor SEO content impact, drive continuous improvement, and communicate progress to stakeholders.

Who You Are

• 7+ years of hands-on experience managing SEO strategies with a strong focus on content performance and organic growth.
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, life sciences or a related field.
• Deep understanding of search ranking factors and search algorithms.
• Proficiency with SEO tools such as SEOClarity, Google Analytics, Google Search Console and AI-assisted content optimization tools.
• Excellent communication skills, with fluency in spoken and written English.

• In-depth knowledge of life sciences products and commercial processes.
• Highly collaborative and able to work across global, cross-functional teams and communicate SEO insights clearly to non-technical audiences.
• Curiosity-driven and innovation-orientated, bringing new ideas and approaches to optimize evolving search behaviors, including AI search interfaces.
