Content Reviewer - Dutch

Your responsibilities
- Understand and remain up-to-date with content policies and guidelines shared by the customer
- Analyze online videos, social media, web page and advertising content for compliance
- Examine the content which could be in text, image, audio, video or other format daily
- Identify content that is not in compliance with requirements and flag for action
- Give feedback for policies/tools/processes improvements
- Gain sound knowledge of adjacent and cross policies and not just limit to the policy assigned to
- Train other team members regarding the daily tasks whenever important and requested by the manager
- Collaborate inside the company with members of the same team or other teams in order to accomplish the allocated tasks and duties
- Successfully graduating the training plan attached to the position and the tasks
- Review content that might be egregious in nature, every day
Our requirements
- Dutch & English C1 level
- Any undergraduate / Bachelor degree with work experience in a reputed company
- Eye for detail
- Social media & Video Platforms Savvy
- Demonstrated stable job tenure
- Ability to perform duties objectively, devoid of inherent biases or personal beliefs
- Highest level of professionalism and self-motivation
- Ability to work a 24/7 schedule with alternating shifts (in case)
- Ability to perform daily review of online content that may be highly egregious/sensitive in nature, such as (but not limited to) graphic violence, self harm, child abuse, and hate speech
