Inviting applications for the role of Content Reviewer – Process Associate – Swedish – On Site Krakow! In this job, you will be responsible for keeping the digital streets safe for our communities across the world!

Responsibilities:

1. Understand and remain up to date with content policies and guidelines shared by the customer.
2. Analyze online videos, social media, web page and advertising content for compliance.
3. Examine the content which could be in text, image, audio, video or another format daily.
4. Identify content that is not in compliance with requirements and flag for action.
5. Give feedback for policies/tools/processes improvements.
6. Gain sound knowledge of adjacent and cross policies and not just limit to the policy assigned to.
7. Train other team members regarding the daily tasks whenever urgent and requested by the manager.
8. Perform tasks requested by the manager to ensure KPI’s and all performance metrics are met.
9. Uphold positive working environment in all internal/external interactions.
10. Willingness to learn and work on a dynamic project.

Important: Operations teams will function based on the schedule committed with the client (differences may appear at the start and end hour, break length, bank holidays, occasional work-related travelling). This job may require working a 24/7 schedule with alternating shifts and daily review of online content that may be highly egregious/sensitive in nature, such as (but not limited to) graphic violence, self-harm, child abuse, and hate speech.

Qualifications we seek in you:

Minimum Qualifications / Skills:

1. Proficient level of Swedish min B2.
2. Very good level of English min B2.
3. Previous experience in content moderation would be an asset.
4. High School Degree.
