Job Description - Content Reviewer – Process Associate – Russian – On Site Krakow! (HMS056885)

Inviting applications for the role of Content Reviewer – Process Associate – Russian – On Site Krakow!

In this job, you will be responsible for keeping the digital streets safe for our communities across the world!

Responsibilities

1. Review, rate, classify, annotate, categorize, group or label content related to video, audio, text, image, documents or other relevant data based on defined guidelines to generate data sets for classification, production and machine learning purposes.
2. Actively listen & review content for inappropriate language, intent, title/thumbnails and other content for compliance to our policies and be able to rate them on multiple parameters to categorize the content.
3. Understand and remain up-to-date with content policies and guidelines shared by the customer.
4. Analyze online videos, social media, web page and advertising content for compliance.
5. Examine the content which could be in text, image, audio, video or other format daily.
6. Identify content that is not in compliance with requirements and flag for action.
7. Give feedback for policies/tools/processes improvements.
8. Gain sound knowledge of adjacent and cross policies and not just limit to the policy assigned to.
9. Train other team members regarding the daily tasks whenever important and requested by the manager.
10. Collaborate inside the company with members of the same team or other teams in order to accomplish the allocated tasks and duties.
11. Successfully graduate the training plan attached to the position and the tasks.
12. Work at least once every weekend as per schedule. This job will require working in a 9/7 schedule with a weekend shift once a month and reviewing content that might be egregious in nature, every day.

Minimum Qualifications

1. Any undergraduate/Bachelor degree with work experience in a reputed company.
2. Eye for detail.
3. Social media & video platforms savvy.
4. Demonstrated stable job tenure.
5. Ability to perform duties objectively, devoid of inherent biases or personal beliefs.
6. Highest level of professionalism and self-motivation.
7. This job may require working a 24/7 schedule with alternating shifts and daily review of online content that may be highly egregious/sensitive in nature.

1. Trust & safety experience – preferably content labeling and/or moderation.
2. Neutral mind-set to digital content that needs classification & policy review.
3. Strong emotional intelligence and resilience.
4. Accurate and critical work attitude.
5. Ability to think critically and make quick decisions.

7. Collaborative and has a growth mindset.
