Inviting applications for the role of Content Reviewer – Process Associate – Greek – on site Krakow.
Responsibilities
- Review, rate, classify, annotate, categorize, group, or label content related to video, audio, text, image, documents, or other relevant data based on defined guidelines to generate datasets for classification, production, and machine learning purposes.
- Actively listen & review content for inappropriate language, intent, title/thumbnails, and other content for compliance with our policies and be able to rate them on multiple parameters to categorize the content. Also, review responses from users, comprehend, and re‑review content.
- Understand and remain up to date with content policies and guidelines shared by the customer.
- Analyze online videos, social media, web pages, and advertising content for compliance.
- Examine the content which could be in text, image, audio, video, or other format daily.
- Identify content that is not in compliance with requirements and flag for action.
- Give feedback for policies/tools/processes improvements.
- Gain sound knowledge of adjacent and cross policies and not just limit to the policy assigned to.
- Train other team members regarding the daily tasks whenever important and requested by the manager.
- Collaborate inside the company with members of the same team or other teams to accomplish the allocated tasks and duties.
- Successfully graduate the training plan attached to the position and the tasks.
- Work at least once every weekend as per schedule – this job will request working in a 9/7 schedule with weekend shift once a month and reviewing content that might be egregious in nature every day.
Qualifications
- Any undergraduate / bachelor’s degree with work experience in a reputed company.
- Social media & video platforms savvy.
- Demonstrated stable job tenure.
- Ability to perform duties objectively, devoid of inherent biases or personal beliefs.
- Highest level of professionalism and self‑motivation.
- This job may require working a 24/7 schedule with alternating shifts and daily review of online content that may be highly egregious/sensitive in nature, such as (but not limited to) graphic violence, self‑harm, child abuse, and hate speech.
Preferred Qualifications
- Trust & safety experience – preferably content labelling and/or moderation.
- Neutral mindset to digital content that needs classification & policy review.
- Strong emotional intelligence and resilience.
- Accurate and critical work attitude.
- Ability to think critically and make quick decisions.
- Enthusiastic and proactive team player.
- Collaborative and has a growth mindset.
