Overview

• Leading a team of content specialists focused on delivering content to internal and external DAM and PIM systems.
• Conducting one‑on‑one meetings with junior team members or direct reports, overseeing task delivery and solving day‑to‑day issues.
• Serving as the single point of contact (SPOC) for content delivery and project/market management for a particular client.
• Preparing and presenting content audits and reports, summarizing conclusions, and showcasing processes and ways of working to the client.
• Leading weekly calls, discussing complex topics (including escalations), handling complex email communication with the client, and solving project issues with minimal help from the supervisor.
• Monitoring and managing timings and project schedules—keeping aligned deadlines, identifying potential blockers, flagging issues to counterparts, and proposing alternatives when needed.
• End‑to‑end project management in accordance with the clients process and leveraging the aligned methodology (e.g., sprint approach, weekly briefs), preparing documentation (briefs, sprint planning), and monitoring timed delivery processes.
• Efficiently working with more than one client/project (leading at least part of this project) and replacing the department lead on their responsibilities when out of office.
• Building and maintaining long‑term relationships with the client.

Qualifications

• Experience in the advertising or IT industry is an advantage.
• At least one year of experience as a team or project lead.
• Experience with content management in any CMS system (Wordpress, AEM, Sitecore) and on Amazon Vendor Central is required.
• Very good level of English (minimum B2).
• Operational knowledge of the clients organization: processes, documentation, and principles of cooperation for a given client/scope.
• Presentation skills—deck creation and presenting in front of clients or larger audiences.
• Ability to develop new processes and solutions.
• Strong organization skills and building good relationships and efficient communication.
• Self‑organization and proactive approach to tasks, independence in decision‑making.
