As a dynamic and experienced Content Marketing Program Manager , you excel at managing and transforming content marketing management programs. Your exceptional program management skills and deep understanding of marketing content creation will ensure alignment, governance and successful deployment across multiple markets. Your leadership, effective communication, and collaboration with diverse teams drive the success of our content marketing initiatives.
YOU WILL
- Align key objectives across three VP organizations (Brand, Consumer Experience, Consumer Insights) within the scope of People, Process, Platform, and Performance
- Oversee governance of different teams, ensuring the involvement of key decision-makers
- Lead prioritization and delivery of requirements in core streams
- Lead the Steering Committee, providing updates on budget, prioritization, benefit realization, risks, and issues
- Conduct weekly governance calls, ensuring stakeholders are on track with implementing planned processes
- Escalate blockers to the Project Owner for resolution
- Participate in standups to discuss and review priorities
- Collaborate with the scrum of scrums to align priorities, interdependencies, issues, risks, and mitigation plans, including escalations
- Coordinate with the team for Steerco meetings
- Lead overall planning, coordinating from incubation to deployment and measurement, creating timelines, enforcing RACI (Responsible, Accountable, Consulted, Informed), and showcasing results for rollout
- Collaborate with Change Managers to ensure project alignment and effective communication across all functions
YOU NEED
- Exceptional program management skills
- Comprehensive marketing knowledge, particularly in content creation products and processes
- In-depth functional knowledge of marketing content production, creation, delivery, and analysis
- Proficiency in data analysis, including familiarity with technology, cooperation with tech teams, data analytics, systems, and different project streams
- Availability for frequent travel to the UK
- Holistic view on content creation from inception to delivery, ensuring alignment towards a unified goal
- Strong governance skills, capable of aligning objectives across various VP organizations
- Experience in digital transformation and roadmap creation with a focus on dependencies and benefits
- Experience working with scrum teams to manage interdependencies, risks, and mitigation plans
- Strong understanding of content supply chain processes and best practices
- Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies
