Project: This role combines aspects of software development, technical writing, and project management to create, maintain, and optimize tools and systems that facilitate the creation, management, and distribution of documentation and content.
responsibilities :
Tool Development and Customization
Configure and maintain the CCMS platforms according to business requirements
Customize workflows, templates, and metadata schemas to align with content management best practices
Integrate documentation and content management tools with other software systems used within the organization, such as version control systems, translation management systems, content delivery platforms and CI/CD pipelines
Support the end-to-end content lifecycle, from creation to publication
Ensure that documentation and content management tools and systems can handle the volume of content and number of users in a scalable manner
requirements-expected :
Min. 4 years of experience
Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, JavaScript, or C#
Knowledge of API Development and Integration: RESTful APIs, GraphQL and/or MuleSoft Anypoint Platform
Experience with relational and/or NoSQL databases
Familiarity with Enterprise Content Management Systems (e.g. Ixiasoft, MadCap Flare, Adobe FrameMaker, Schema ST4, DITA-based tools).
Experience with other content management systems and related tools.
Knowledge of cloud-based content management solutions.
Excellent communication in English both written and verbal
