About the role Most enterprises still dont understand how AI agents work, how to implement them, or whats actually possible. Our content is how we change that. Were looking for a Content Lead to own Zowies voice and content engine. Not just writing, but the full picture: editorial strategy, webinars, customer stories, campaigns, and the content programs that turn Zowie from a vendor into the company educating the market. This role is built for the AI era. Your primary production partner is AI. That means you wont spend your days writing first drafts. Youll spend them thinking strategically, directing output, and editing with precision. The result: one person with the reach of a content team. What youll do: Own the brand voice. Maintain and evolve Zowies messaging framework. Be the quality gate for everything written, from website copy to sales decks to partner materials. If it has words and it goes out into the world, it should sound unmistakably like Zowie. Run content programs, not just content pieces. Build and execute an editorial calendar that ties blog, newsletter, webinars, LinkedIn, and email into coordinated campaigns. Think quarterly themes that create momentum, not isolated posts. Tell customer stories that put people first. Own the full pipeline: identify stories worth telling, run interviews, write them up. Package them for web, LinkedIn, sales enablement, and Academy use. Produce webinars and digital events. Own topic selection, speaker coordination, promotion, and follow-up content. Turn every event into a content flywheel: recording becomes a blog post, key insights become LinkedIn content, attendee list becomes a nurture sequence. Power the GTM team with sharp copy. One-pagers, battle cards, outbound templates, email sequences. Work with GTM Associates to make sure every word hitting enterprise inboxes is persona-specific and on-brand. Who you are: You think in programs, not just pieces. A blog post isnt a blog post. Its part of a campaign. You can make complex technology feel simple without dumbing it down. Think Apple, not enterprise jargon. You write for different personas and buying stages without losing the brand thread. Customer service leaders and CIOs need different messages, but both should feel like Zowie. Youre opinionated about brand voice and not afraid to push back when something doesnt sound right. You can move between a homepage headline, a webinar concept, and a 50-word outbound email without switching gears. You use AI tools fluently for research, drafting, and production. You see them as leverage, not a shortcut. Youve worked in B2B before, ideally SaaS or tech. You know what enterprise content looks like. Nice to have: Experience at a challenger or category-creating brand Background in AI, automation, or customer experience Experience producing webinars or digital events Familiarity with tools like HubSpot, Webflow, or similar A portfolio that shows range (web copy, long-form, campaigns, email) AI-native culture Our team embraces AI as a fundamental part of how we work. This role is designed around it. Your day-to-day partner for content production is AI, which means you operate more like an editor-in-chief than a staff writer. You set the direction, shape the output, and ensure everything meets the bar. The result is one person with the output of a small team and the strategic thinking the brand actually needs.
