Responsibilities

• Review company materials within internal electronic review platform, ensuring full compliance with internal SOPs and EFPIA code standards
• Create, review, and approve references at the regional level to maintain the integrity and scientific accuracy of company materials
• Collaborate with internal business partners from various functions such as IT to develop and enhance digital review processes and platforms
• Work closely with content owners from marketing and external agencies involved in material creation to ensure consistency and compliance
• Provide operational and administrative support to the EMEA SKL team, adopting an agile working approach
• Perform data analysis within existing dashboards and generate regular or on-demand metric reports
• Drive and support cross-functional projects aimed at optimizing internal Medical Literature Review (MLR) processes
• Maintain and manage the regional scientific reference library within the electronic review platform to ensure quality and compliance

Required skills and qualifications

• Academic degree (BSc or higher), preferably in a STEM discipline, demonstrating strong scientific understanding
• Proven ability to interpret and visualize scientific evidence accurately and effectively
• Hands‑on experience with various IT systems, especially Microsoft Office 365 applications
• Experience working with digital databases, including scientific literature databases, to support evidence‑based decision making
• Strong attention to detail with a focus on quality and compliance
• Excellent communication skills, capable of working effectively in remote settings and engaging with multiple stakeholders
• Self‑organized, proactive, and solution‑oriented mindset, with the ability to adapt to shifting priorities
• Understanding of pharmaceutical industry regulations and compliance rules, or experience within Medical Information, Quality Control, or related fields
• Basic knowledge of data analysis and interpretation, with an interest in continuous learning and development
• Familiarity with Agile frameworks and project management methodologies is advantageous
• Experience working within virtual teams, supporting colleagues across different locations, is highly desirable
