Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Experience in content creation and copywriting.
• Proficiency in using AI content generation tools.
• Strong writing skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Experience with task management tools like ClickUp and communication tools like Slack.
• Ability to adhere to detailed SOPs to maintain content quality and consistency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create compelling email and SMS content using AI tools such as Phrasee and Copy.ai.
• Develop personalized content tailored to different stages of the customer lifecycle.
• Design templates for feedback and survey emails/SMS.
• Produce effective cross-sell and upsell content to enhance customer value.
• Collaborate with design teams to ensure visual consistency across marketing materials.
• Manage tasks and track progress using ClickUp.
• Gather inspiration and benchmark competitors using MailCharts.
• Follow detailed SOPs to ensure consistency and quality in all content creation tasks.
