Content Analyst with Swedish || without experience

What will you be doing?

• Revision of user reports regarding website content.
• Analysis and identification of content according to compliance policies.
• Making well-balanced decisions and helping to resolve inquiries to defined policies and procedures by flagging discrepancies.
• Using market specific knowledge and insights to improve the support of user community.
• Revision of sensitive content, sometimes involving graphic or disturbing subject matter.

Reguirements:

• Knowledge of the Swedish language at the level of min. C1 and English language min. B2 (necessary condition).
• Availability to work from 7AM to 3PM - monday-friday.
• Excellent communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills.
• The ability to adapt to learning new processes and concepts, good organizational and time management skills.
• Neutral attitude towards alternative video content the requires action / classification.
