Responsibilities
- Develop and implement UGC‑focused influencer marketing campaigns targeting top‑tier markets in the USA, LATAM, and Europe.
- Identify and collaborate with influencers (bloggers, content creators, and UGC makers) across various platforms to produce high‑quality content.
- Cultivate new influencer relationships and explore channel expansion opportunities to achieve target goals and broaden our reach.
- Manage and maintain daily communication with influencers to ensure timely delivery, adherence to contracts, and effective negotiation of compensation to maximize campaign results.
- Craft engaging and clear briefs and scripts in close collaboration with the creative production team to ensure the content aligns with brand objectives and campaign goals.
- Review video and image content to ensure accuracy and fulfillment of contractual obligations.
- Use historical and current data to analyze and optimize UGC strategy.
- Stay updated with social media trends to inform strategy and drive innovative content ideas, especially in UGC.
- Explore new ways to innovate and enhance our influencer marketing approach, staying abreast of the latest trends.
Must‑have Skills
- 3+ years of experience in influencer marketing, preferably within health & fitness or lifestyle niches.
- In‑depth understanding of full‑cycle influencer marketing – strategic planning, identifying key metrics and indicators, campaign delivery, and evaluation of performance success across various platforms.
- Proven experience with the US market.
- Advanced proficiency in English, both written and verbal.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Solid grasp of current marketing tools and platforms.
- Strong analytical skills to evaluate campaign performance and optimize strategies.
Nice‑to‑have Qualifications
- Experience creating successful UGC campaigns.
- Successful case studies with TikTok influencers.
- Background in video production, SMM, PR, or branding.
- Upper‑intermediate proficiency in Spanish.
- Experience writing compelling copy that engages and drives conversions, including social media captions and video scripts.
