In IS O (Issuer Solution Operations) Contact Center, our contribution is to serve our customers’ banks and cardholders 365/24/7. About your future role:

  • Experience in customer service
  • Good communication skills in German and English, both verbal and written
  • Relevant education and experience in the payment industry and contact center environment are seen as a benefit
  • Positive and cooperative with a team attitude
  • Ability to work different shifts (24/7), especially evenings and weekends
  • Ability to work in time-sensitive situations and organize priorities
