To deliver actionable insights based on both market research and commercial analysis to support and optimize strategic business decisions. To lead strategic projects to build long-term commercial plans within the spirit market.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the market research team across multiple CE countries, ensuring consistent and high-quality output, and fostering a culture of continuous learning and development within the team.
- Develop and execute both short- and long-term market insight plans and key strategic projects to support client engagement and business objectives.
- Continuously analyze a broad range of industry and macroeconomic trends for their impact on the commercial spirit sector.
- Working with marketing colleagues, gather and analyze research and insights related metrics to inform strategies, increase customer conversions, and generate more qualified leads.
- Actively participate in industry conferences, events, and client meetings as required.
- Report research and insights results periodically to senior leadership.
What you need to be successful:
- Educated to degree level in a related/relevant field such as psychology, sociology, social psychology, econometrics, mathematics, or statistical science.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a market research role within the spirit or FMCG, OTC sector.
- Proven experience in market research or a similar role, ideally 5 years within the commercial spirit or FMCG sector is an advantage.
- Strong understanding of consumer fundamentals and their application in market analysis, plus the ability to transform complex data into actionable insights.
- Knowledge of the commercial spirit market is highly advantageous.
- Proficient in people and project management, with a track record of teamwork coordination.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and manage available resources.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Fluent in written and spoken English and Polish.
