Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Consumer Pillar Activation Specialist to join our team. This role is pivotal in driving brand awareness, trial, engagement, and dedication through innovative consumer activation strategies. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to build and implement programs that resonate with our target audience, ensuring our brands are top-of-mind for consumers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Consumer Insights: Analyze consumer behavior and market trends to develop targeted activation strategies that align with brand goals.
- Program Development: Design, implement, and lead consumer activation programs, including promotions, events, and digital campaigns, ensuring consistency with brand messaging.
- Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, sales, and product development teams to coordinate activation initiatives with overall brand strategies and objectives.
- Performance Analysis: Supervise and evaluate the efficiency of activation programs, using key performance indicators to measure success and identify areas for improvement.
- Budget Management: Manage budgets for activation programs, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and improving ROI.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external partners, including agencies and retailers, to drive program success.
- Innovation: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and consumer preferences to continually refine and innovate activation strategies.
