Job Summary

Delivery Consultant – Global Delivery Center (GDC) in Krakow, Poland. This role works with IBM clients and partners to design, deliver, and optimize IBM technology solutions, ensuring world‑class delivery and client success. The position offers flexible working arrangements, including significant remote work time.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, integrate, implement, migrate and support IBM Maximo solutions to enable client business value.
  • Plan and execute agile initiatives: install, provision assets, test, migrate to production, and manage day‑two operations.
  • Conduct and participate in technical solution workshops.
  • Build effective relationships across all organizational levels, from engineers to CxOs.
  • Apply self‑motivation, curiosity, and initiative to navigate data and people toward actionable solutions.
  • Collaborate and communicate across client, partner, and IBM teams.

Required Education

Bachelors Degree.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • At least 5 years of experience working with IBM Maximo solutions.
  • At least 5 years as a consultant in a client‑facing environment.
  • Experience leading business process workshops and translating processes into solutions.
  • Full lifecycle solution implementation experience (requirements, configuration, testing).
  • Post‑implementation support experience (security administration, configuration issues).
  • Knowledge of OpenShift & containerization.
  • Experience with IBM Cloud Pak for Data.
  • Fluent English; additional European language (German/French) advantageous.

Preferred Technical and Professional Experience

  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and data manipulation.
  • Experience with BI, data warehousing, statistical or reporting tools.
  • Asset Management domain knowledge.
  • Energy and utilities experience.
  • Autonomous work style with accountability.
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, keen attention to detail.
  • Team player in a dynamic, evolving environment.
  • Passion for making a difference in profession and environment.
  • Deep maintenance knowledge of overall job plan creation for all asset types (especially linear).
