Role/Purpose: As a Project Manager, you will coordinate the execution and completion of all services for our customers, from beginning to completion. You will ensure that projects are delivered on time, on budget, and meet customer expectations.

Coordinating across the team including customer team members, sales, Customer Success Managers, and global consulting delivery, you will be responsible for managing and tracking project activities from scoping and contracting to resource delivery and closeout. You will ensure that all consulting engagements outlined in the customers success plan are progressing to meet their defined goals.

You will report into the Senior Manager, Project Management team.

Main Responsibilities

1. Manage consulting customer projects implementing Autodesk Solutions and Technologies.
2. Coordinate project scoping activities with customers, other departments, and account teams.
3. Develop project plans, schedules, and project control tools using standard software. Find and address project risks.
4. Source external resources, clarifying scope and negotiating subcontractor contracts.
5. Forecast project revenue and professional fees.
6. Monitor projects to ensure completion within defined schedule, budget, and quality parameters.
7. Work with Customers and Customer Success Managers to align Customer Success Plans with renewed customer needs.
8. Work with Technical Solution Executives to help identify expansion opportunities.
9. Program management of all consulting projects for assigned customers aligning with a success plan.
10. Participate in account team and customer meetings and business reviews.
11. Translate project goals and vision into clear goals for the delivery team.
12. May delegate project administration and maintenance tasks.
13. May support non-customer-facing activities on projects.

Minimum Qualifications:

1. 5+ years of experience in IT related Project Management. Great interest in Project Management. Consider Project Management as a profession in its own.
2. Structured, organized, and detailed. Appreciate processes.
3. Customer management skills. You are able to build relationships with customers.
4. Leadership, team management, and relationship skills. Outgoing attitude. Comfortable working in a virtual environment. Empathetic.
5. You can manage 5-10 projects in parallel.
6. Open for change. Be okay in an environment that is constantly changing.
7. Accountable & self-driving.
