Who we are looking for:

1. Hold a Bachelor’s degree or a Master’s degree
2. 2 years of professional project management/office/consulting/offer preparation
3. Highly organized, rigorous, precise, and able to monitor and track the progress of requests and provide systematic/regular status updates
4. Strong organizational skills and close attention to detail, thriving in a dynamic environment
5. Strong capacities to build trusted business relationships, being tactful, and possessing a strong client-oriented mind-set
6. Strong team spirit, a passion for learning about new and emerging technologies, and a curiosity about business, financial, operational, and IT processes
7. Advisor approach and a proactive mind-set with internal stakeholders
8. Very good knowledge of MS Office tools, in particular (Excel, PowerPoint)
9. Ability to deliver high-quality work under pressure and within tight deadlines
10. Very good English with oral and written communication skills; other EU languages are an advantage
11. Ambitious with a focus on achieving self and team KPIs
12. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
