Are you passionate about procurement processes and systems, and enjoy working in a collaborative, international environment? We’re looking for a Procurement Operations Consultant to join our team and help drive efficient, compliant purchasing operations.
What you’ll do
- Support Requisition to PO (R2P) and Source to Contract (S2P) processes
- Resolve complex process and system issues together with IT, Finance and Procurement
- Perform admin activities in Ariba Guided Buying and SAP SRM (e.g. catalogue uploads)
- Ensure process compliance and strong governance within purchasing
- Take part in local and global projects, process improvements and system enhancements
- Act as a first point of contact for end users, providing support, training and guidance
- Collaborate closely with global stakeholders and share knowledge within the team
What you bring
- 3+ years of experience in R2P and/or S2P
- Strong understanding of P2P processes, especially Purchasing
- Hands‑on experience with SAP / SAP S/4HANA and Ariba Guided Buying
- Confident English communication skills
- A proactive, solution‑oriented mindset and strong organizational skills
- Enjoyment of training others and working in a customer‑focused way
