Scope of duties
- Collaborate with client deployment teams to drive Manufacturing Excellence transformations across diverse industries.
- Support clients in designing and implementing operational improvements within their manufacturing environments.
- Take ownership of workstreams and contribute to high-impact client engagements, delivering top‑tier services aligned with EY’s global methodologies and tools.
- Play an active role in developing EY’s thought leadership and methodologies in manufacturing, while cultivating strong relationships with internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Use EY.AI powered solutions and EYQ virtual assistant to enhance analyses and insights, benefiting from exclusive tools and innovation.
Our requirements
- Proven experience in operational excellence, P&G IWS, TPM, or manufacturing‑focused management consulting.
- Demonstrated success in leading manufacturing excellence projects and managing project teams.
- Fluency in English; collaboration with international clients.
- Industry experience in Consumer Products or Life Sciences is highly desirable.
- Willingness and flexibility to travel across Europe – up to 80% of your time.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem‑solving skills.
- Degree in Engineering, Science, or Supply Chain Management.
- Professional certifications such as Six Sigma Black Belt are a plus.
- Additional European language skills (German, French, Spanish) are an advantage.
