As an IFS Consultant (Manufacturing) in our team, you will work on projects related to the implementation, configuration, and development of IFS Manufacturing modules, as well as providing consultancy services to clients in the area of manufacturing process optimization. We offer interesting and growth‑oriented work on projects for clients from various industries, with opportunities to work on both Polish and international projects depending on your preferences.
Responsibilities
- Professional experience in the role of an ERP Implementation Consultant
- Experience in IFS implementation projects, particularly within the Manufacturing area
- Experience working with IFS Cloud
- Participation in at least 3 successfully completed implementations (preferably within Manufacturing)
- Practical knowledge of manufacturing processes (including MRP, BOMs, routings, production orders, planning and scheduling, and production costing)
- Knowledge of Make‑to‑Stock, Make‑to‑Order, and/or Engineer‑to‑Order processes
- Experience in gathering, analyzing, and modeling business requirements within the Manufacturing area
- Ability to prepare process and functional documentation
- Experience in delivering training sessions and workshops for business users
- Knowledge of business process modeling tools
- A proactive attitude toward finding optimal, client‑tailored solutions
- Proficiency in English enabling fluent communication with clients
Qualifications
Required qualifications to be successful in this role include:
- Professional background in ERP implementation, preferably with IFS solutions in manufacturing.
- Hands‑on experience with IFS Cloud and active participation in multiple full lifecycle implementations.
- Strong understanding of manufacturing operations, planning & scheduling, and costing.
- Excellent communication and training delivery skills in English.
- Ability to translate business requirements into functional and technical solutions.
