Constructor Mechanic

• Solve design problems arising during the production process in collaboration with other departments, service teams, suppliers, and customers,
• Analyze and develop construction solutions to meet project requirements,
• Create and modify construction documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance,
• Provide professional support to sales and purchasing teams regarding documentation and design solutions.

• Higher technical education in mechanics or machine construction,
• Proficiency in German or English for everyday use (it’s a must), Polish isn’t mandatory,
• Very good computer skills, including knowledge of CAD 3D and CATIA V5,
• Professional experience in automotive sector will be an asset,
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities,
• Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail,
• Customer-oriented approach with a focus on delivering effective solutions

• Your salary will be highly correlated with your skills and mindset: from 9,000 up to 11,000 gross PLN,
