System pracy: 40 godzin tygodniowo.
We are currently seeking a dedicated CSA Supervisor to join our team. Our client, a globally leading company in Advanced Technologies/Life Science, is embarking on exciting challenges in large-scale projects within the pharmaceutical and semiconductor sectors during the Construction Phase.
Your Mission:
As a CSA Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing all construction activities on assigned new build projects. You will ensure that everything progresses according to plans, specifications, schedules, and budget estimates.
Your Responsibilities Include:
-Fluent in English
-Good German language skills
-Managing construction of high-tech industrial projects
-Ensuring quality, procedures, and workflows on the construction site
-Coordinating construction work and subcontractors
-Coordinating and reviewing construction progress
-Ensuring compliance with EHS regulations
-Reviewing and approving on-site measurements
-Participating in daily coordination and toolbox meetings
Your Profile:
-Relevant education in construction, ideally in CSA/Civil Engineering
-Professional experience in construction supervision for investment projects
-Good knowledge of building laws, local regulations, and standards
-Proficiency in MS Office
