Construction Project Manager

• Degree in Construction, Civil Engineering or a related field.
• 4–5 years’ end-to-end experience delivering large industrial or commercial projects for a developer or general contractor.
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies.
• Cost optimization and schedule control skills.
• Knowledge of Polish construction law.
• Fluent English and excellent Polish for local stakeholder management.
• Valid driving license.

• A truck sales area with an administrative building.

• A driver training center with advanced training facilities.

This project sets a new standard for heavy transport service in the region, and as our Construction Project Manager you will act as Sirin’s “owner’s representative” in Poland, leading design, permitting, procurement, and construction. You will manage the entire project lifecycle – from preparation to handover – ensuring smooth execution, adherence to deadlines and budgets, and the highest quality standards.
