Your responsibilities

Prepare of the Construction Execution Plan and the Constructability Study
Design, in close coordination with the Responsible, the Temporary Construction Facilities required for the Project
Support in guaranteeing the correct application of Company methodology and consolidated know-how for Constructability activities and Lesson learned on the assigned Projects
Perform and issue the heavy lift and modularization studies
Support Project Control for the preparation of construction schedule
Estimate of the Standard Construction Manhours evaluation for Projects in execution
Verify, in close coordination with the Responsible, the Work Requisitions originated by other Functions as concerns construction issues and prepare the Scope of Work and related construction management documents to be annexed to Subcontracts
Prepare the Work requisition related to construction activities (for example: Temporary Facilities, Heavy Lifts)
Prepare, in cooperation with the Responsible and the other involved Functions, the issue of the Bid Technical Evaluations
Support in the activities necessary for the bids analysis and to the final subcontracts’definition, in close coordination with the relevant Function
Review the design, check on the status of supplies and development of constructability and lifting studies
Support in ensuring, in collaboration with the relevant roles at Site, timely availability of the required design and materials on the jobsite

Our requirements

Higher technical education, preferably in civil, HVAC/sanitary, or mechanical engineering
Minimum 2 years of experience on construction sites
Experience in preparing cost estimates for general construction works — an advantage
Knowledge of cost estimation software, e.g., Norma PRO — an advantage
Very good knowledge of MS Office, AutoCAD, and similar software
Good command of the English language
Availability and good work organization

The Construction Engineer supports in the activities necessary for the Construction Engineering activities in the assigned projects both in the Home Office and at Site.
