Opis stanowiska pracy
For our client, an international company in Warsaw (SSC), we are seeking a qualified Consolidation Accountant
ROLE:
- Participate in the production of the Groups monthly, half-yearly and annual consolidated financial statements in accordance with IFRS standards and supporting of the accounting teams ahead of and during the reporting phase
- Reconcile intra-group transactions and internal margin eliminations
- Perform monthly various analyses
- Participate in the publication of the annual accounts and preparation of the financial statements notes and the financial sections of the Universal Registration Document
- Participate in the development of the Groups internal and external financial communication
- Be one of the Statutory Auditors privileged interlocutors in the context of their interventions on the consolidated financial statements.
- Support the subsidiaries in the application of IFRS standards
- Participate in the evaluation of the impacts of new standards
REQUIREMENTS:
- Graduate in finance and / or accounting (Business School or equivalent)
- At least one year of experience in an audit firm or in an international group consolidation team
- Knowledge of technical accounting (statutory and IFRS) and consolidation techniques
- Proficiency in English and French (read, written, spoken)
- Interpersonal skills: organization and autonomy, curiosity and pro-activeness, adaptability to various situations and interlocutors, dynamism, taste for teamwork, ability to analyze and synthesize
