• Manage the regular reconciliation of consignment and ad-hoc IOL stock with BVI customers
• Work alongside Sales Reps and customers on a regular cadence
• Ensure regular invoicing for used IOLs and the organization of returns for unused IOLs

Key Responsibilities

• Work with and advise sales reps and sales management to have stock checks as per agreed schedule
• Reconcile stock counts and identify gaps within agreed timelines
• Work with customers on invoicing or stock-related issues linked to consignment and ad-hoc lenses
• Work with sales reps to close out issues linked to counts and close reconciliations
• Organize returns of any unused/surplus consignment IOLs
• Work with Customer Service to understand the traceability of the IOLs in the system, including shipment, transfer, return, and credit
• Run and distribute regular status reports on consignment checks, consignment aging, consignment expiry, and consignment usage
• Plan and attend regular meetings with the sales team to discuss outstanding ad-hoc invoicing and consignment counts
• Run regular reports to show progress on reconciliations by account and invoice impact
• Work with commercial colleagues on contracts for consignment in an accessible place for reviewing & checking consignments
• Alert sales on stock turn issues
• Flag delays in attaining the objectives

Qualification

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES

• Extensive knowledge of MS Office Excel
• Knowledge of Customer Service Skills & Practices
• Experience in data analytics
• Knowledge of company policies & processes
• Advanced telephone skills
• Advanced keyboard accuracy

MINIMUM REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

• Fluent professional English and 1 other European core language, depending on country coverage (e.g., Fluent professional French & English)
• Must have excellent PC/system skills and be computer literate with the ability to learn software programs (e.g., Microsoft Office and other databases like ERP Systems)
• Exceptional attention to detail & accuracy
• Strong communication & interpersonal skills
• Strong problem-solving skills with high energy and adaptability
• Understand & demonstrate BVI Vision & Core Values
• Calm & consistent demeanor
• Demonstrable ability to work within an environment of consensus and cultural sensitivity
• Customer Service experience would be an advantage
• Knowledge of the Ophthalmic Industry or Medical Device Industry would be an advantage
