We're currently expanding our team responsible for Concur Travel & Expense Solutions, and we"re seeking a Specialist/Expert who will play a key role in scoping, planning, and managing Concur Service Deliveries for our customers.

Responsibility:

• Engineer Solution for customer prospects
• Act as a Subject matter expert and product technical/Functional support to pre-sales, sales and marketing teams
• Provide customized demos
• Apply project methodology, goals, objectives, provide resource planning and budgeting
• Configure and implement Concur Expense modules according to scope, requirements, and timelines.
• Identify and mitigate key risks and issues impacting delivery and customer satisfaction
• Oversee technical operations and coordinate tasks to ensure efficient integration into the client software ecosystem and infrastructure
• Write an implementation configuration document that reflects customer requirements
• Monitor and evaluate project performance to identify areas of improvement
• Manage Customer's post go life Support Services

Competence demands:

• University degree in Tourism, Project Management, Business, or IT
• Valid experience in the business travel industry, ideally in a Travel Management Company
• Knowledge of GDS systems, preferably Amadeus GDS
• Experience working with Online Booking Tools (OBTs), ideally Concur Travel.
• Knowledge of methods and procedures used during the software development process
• Ability to handle the different phases of a project, following the company's methodology and using standard project management tools: Project organization, Project Initiation, Planning, estimating and scheduling, Executing, Monitoring and controlling, Risk management, Project closing
• Fluent English
• Fluent in German is highly appreciated
