We're currently expanding our team, and we are seeking a Concur Travel and Expense (T&E) Specialist. You will be responsible for managing, maintaining, and optimizing the company"s travel and expense program within SAP Concur. This role ensures compliance with corporate travel policies, timely reimbursement, accurate expense reporting, and overall system efficiency. The ideal candidate will serve as the subject matter expert (SME) for Concur, providing technical support, training, and process improvement recommendations across the organization.

Responsibility:

• Administer and maintain the SAP Concur Travel & Expense system, including configurations, workflows, and user support.
• Audit and review expense reports to ensure policy compliance and accuracy.
• Drive process improvements to streamline travel booking, expense submission, and reimbursement.
• Deliver user training and communication on system updates and policy changes.
• Generate and analyze T&E reports to monitor spend, compliance, and process efficiency.

Competence demands:

• 3+ years of experience in travel and expense management, accounts payable, or related role
• Hands-on experience with SAP Concur Travel and Expense platform.
• Strong understanding of corporate travel and expense policies and compliance requirements
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other data analysis tools
• Excellent attention to detail, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities to support users at all levels.
• English and German (min B2)
