We are looking for a Computational Physiology Engineer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will delve into biosignal data, uncover patterns, visualize insights, and conduct investigative work in computational physiology. Your contributions will directly impact the training of deep neural network models for predicting Blood Pressure and other vital health markers like SpO₂ and HbA1c.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze biosignal data to identify meaningful patterns and trends.
  • Design and execute experiments to explore physiological signals.
  • Generate synthetic data based on real-world observations.
  • Process, clean, and prepare biosignal datasets for model training.
  • Visualize data to effectively communicate findings to the team.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance data quality and model performance.
  • Challenge existing preconceptions with innovative research and independent thinking.


Qualifications:

  • MSc or PhD in Computational Physiology, Biomedical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in biosignal analysis (e.g., ECG, EEG, PPG).
  • Strong skills in data analysis and visualization tools (Python, NumPy, Pandas, Matplotlib).
  • Experience with experimental design and data processing pipelines.
  • Familiarity with deep learning frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow) is a plus.
  • Interest in human physiology, medicine, and wellness.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a passionate, self-driven team.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and a creative mindset.


Nice to Have:

  • Experience with C++ programming.
  • Knowledge in the Computer Vision domain.
  • Background in data mining techniques.
