We are looking for an experienced Compliance Specialist who will ensure that our operations comply with Group standards, procedures, and policies.

emagine Group operates in 13 countries, and the Group Compliance function is responsible for defining, implementing, and maintaining the strategic compliance roadmap for the entire Group.

As a member of this team, you will collaborate with colleagues across different countries on diverse, international projects.

Responsibilities

• Documenting and evaluating compliance activities
• Providing legal support in GDPR, DORA, and NIS2 areas
• Translating compliance requirements into operational processes and identifying controls, deviations, and corrective actions

Requirements

• Knowledge of laws, legal procedures, and relevant regulatory standards
• Experience with regulations and standards such as GDPR, DORA, NIS2, ISO 27001
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in compliance or a related area
• General understanding of IT services and processes (ITIL knowledge is a plus)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
• High attention to detail and accuracy in documentation and reporting

What will be an advantage

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business, law, finance, or a related field
• Familiarity with international standards such as ISO 27001, ISO 31000, ISO 37301 (Compliance Management Systems)
• Experience in compliance or information security audits and management systems
• Professional certifications such as CRCMP, CCEP, ISO 27001 Lead Implementer or Lead Auditor
• Experience working in an international or corporate environment
