Obowiązki

• Provide comprehensive compliance monitoring for Accenture’s Legal Organization, focusing on Ethics & Compliance areas like Anti-Corruption, Data Privacy, and Trade Compliance.

• Conduct continuous auditing and analytics to identify and address non-compliant transactions effectively.

• Develop and implement new monitoring activities, proactively identifying high-risk populations and analyzing compliance metrics.

• Summarize insights and improvement opportunities, participate in remediation, and escalate significant issues.

• Driven by challenges, engage in action planning to strengthen compliance and support organizational resilience.

Wymagania

• If possible, experience in Compliance monitoring or an Audit function (including External Audit, Internal Audit, Internal Controls) or equivalent.

• Experience in data analytics (source, sort, analysis and conclusion of facts, findings, and trends) while been able to summarize and present conclusions

• University degree in economics (preferred)

• Bilingual English level

• Proven ability to work autonomously

• Strong communication skills (written and verbal)

• Strong organizational and analytical skills

• Strong people development skills. Experience in supervising small teams

• Project management skills. Experience coordinating multiple projects simultaneously

• Ability to be flexible and work in a problem-solving environment.

• Excel (Formulas, Pivot), PowerPoint and other Microsoft tools.

• Experience with data visualization tools (preferred: PowerBI) – desirable
