requirements-expected :
A university degree in Business Administration, Mathematics, IT, or an equivalent field
At least 5 years of relevant experience in the areas of IT Rollouts, International Audits, Risk Management, Internal audit or AML
Project management experience in international environment; change management experience is desirable.
Knowledge in GRC-tools, digitalization techniques, and essential software like MS Office, Tableau, Snowflake, SQL, Alteryx, Python, and SAP-data.
Strong communication skills with fluency in Polish and English (C1); proficiency in German or other languages is beneficial.
You can work independently and prioritize demanding tasks and you are a team player.
