Compliance and Regulatory Affairs Specialist

• Education: Bachelors degree in Business, Project Management, Regulatory Affairs, or a related field.
• At least 3-5 years of experience in Compliance, Quality Assurance, or Regulatory Affairs roles, preferably within [industry, e.g., manufacturing, chemicals, distribution.
• Experience with regulatory frameworks such as RoHS, REACH, COSHH, CBAM, and EPDs.
• Familiarity with quality management standards (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, etc.) is a strong advantage.
• Strong understanding of regulatory environments and the ability to interpret and apply regulations to business practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders.
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and SAP software (e.g., ERP, PLM systems).
• Analytical Mindset: Ability to analyze complex regulations and quality requirements and translate them into actionable processes.
• Attention to Detail: High degree of accuracy and attention to detail when reviewing filings, reports, and quality documentation.
• Proactive Approach: Ability to anticipate regulatory changes and proactively manage compliance across product lines.
• Team Player: Collaborative mindset with the ability to work cross-functionally with various departments, including compliance, product development, and supply chain.
• Adaptability: Ability to navigate changes in regulatory landscapes and implement strategies that ensure continuous compliance.
• Strong English language skills. Any other European language is a plus.

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Compliance and & Regulatory Affairs Specialist to join our team. This unique hybrid role will combine responsibilities for confirming supplier compliance with our company’s quality assurance programs, while maintaining compliance with regulatory requirements, and coordinating the necessary filings for multiple international standards. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of both quality systems and regulatory frameworks, work well with intercompany departmental requirements that ensure our products, processes, and suppliers meet industry standards and regulatory obligations, including RoHS, REACH, CBAM, COSHH, and others.
