Complaint Handling Analyst



Your responsibilities

  • Managing thorough and accurate complaint records, as well as timely closure of complaint files.
  • Ensuring complaint records and applicable complaint handling documents are compliant with Good Documentation Practices (GDP).
  • Collaborating with other parties involved in the compliant handling process, e.g.: investigators, the triage team, equipment manufacturers or appropriate authorities.
  • Creation and communicating customer letters.
  • Participating in projects related to Complaint Handling and/or product performance improvements.

Our requirements

  • Eye for detail, thoroughness, and ability to follow processes and regulations.
  • Excellent communication skills in English.
  • Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree or vocational training.
  • Educational background related to medicine or human biology will be a strong asset.
  • 3 years of professional experience in relevant fields.
  • Complaint Handling and/or Customer Service experience in the Medical Device or Pharmaceutical industry is an advantage.
