Managing thorough and accurate complaint records, as well as timely closure of complaint files.
Ensuring complaint records and applicable complaint handling documents are compliant with Good Documentation Practices (GDP).
Collaborating with other parties involved in the compliant handling process, e.g.: investigators, the triage team, equipment manufacturers or appropriate authorities.
Creation and communicating customer letters.
Participating in projects related to Complaint Handling and/or product performance improvements.
Our requirements
Eye for detail, thoroughness, and ability to follow processes and regulations.
Excellent communication skills in English.
Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree or vocational training.
Educational background related to medicine or human biology will be a strong asset.
3 years of professional experience in relevant fields.
Complaint Handling and/or Customer Service experience in the Medical Device or Pharmaceutical industry is an advantage.
