Compensation Consulting Administrator (1.5 year long Graduate Development Program)

This is a hybrid role that requires working at least three days a week in the office.

What You Will Do

  • Preparing promotional deliverables for consultants delivering services to clients (under supervision of a consultant)
  • Analytical support (salary surveys and reward projects)
  • Co‑operation with Career Operation internal teams
  • Co‑operation cross‑LoB (sales, wealth, brokerage and career HUB teams)
  • Providing administration support related to internal Mercer tools and processes (contracts with clients, project codes, webtime, etc.)
  • Keeping up internal reporting and professional standards

What We Are Looking For

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree.
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
  • MS Office efficiency (Excel, Power Point)
  • English at advanced level
