Compensation & Benefits Specialist (German)
We are looking for an experienced Compensation & Benefits Specialist with strong German proficiency to join our growing team at Universal Investment.
Responsibilities
- Support the annual compensation and benefits review cycle, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
- Monitor and support initiatives related to pay equity and compliance with pay transparency directives.
- Assist in the development and implementation of job family architecture projects.
- Conduct benchmarking studies to ensure competitive compensation and benefits offerings.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements related to compensation and benefits.
- Collaborate with HR and management to analyze and improve employee benefits programs.
- Provide analytical support for compensation-related data and reporting.
- Participate in the design and communication of compensation and benefits policies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, finance, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in compensation and benefits, preferably in financial services or asset management.
- Intermediate proficiency in compensation analysis and benefits administration.
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements affecting compensation and benefits.
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple projects.
- Advanced level of English and German (at least B2).
