Responsibilities

  • Deliver reward and HR consulting projects across European markets
  • Provide expertise in job architecture, grading, pay structures, and compensation benchmarking
  • Analyze and interpret HR data to support client decision-making
  • Build strong, long-term relationships with clients and contribute to business development
  • Collaborate with experienced consultants across Europe in a supportive and knowledge-sharing environment

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in reward consulting or a C&B role within a large organization
  • Solid knowledge of compensation structures, job evaluation, and reward principles
  • Strong analytical and data interpretation skills
  • Ability to work independently as well as in international project teams
  • Fluency in English
  • A commercial mindset and motivation to grow in a client-facing role
