ZAKRES OBOWIĄZKÓW:









ROLE:

• Manage the overall residential experience and ensure high tenant satisfaction.
• Oversee the full leasing process: marketing, property tours, lease signing, and onboarding.
• Act as the primary point of contact for tenants, handling inquiries and daily communication.
• Coordinate with maintenance teams and external vendors to resolve issues efficiently.
• Monitor occupancy levels and manage lease renewals.
• Maintain accurate leasing records in the companys CRM system.
• Build and strengthen the resident community through ongoing relationships and engagement initiatives.
• Develop and implement community‑building activities that foster a sense of belonging.
• Support communication with tenants across digital and in‑person channels.

• Proven experience in managing property rentals, preferably residential units, and/or working with tenant communities or customer service.
• Strong problem‑solving abilities and a proactive approach.
• Fluent English.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Strong relationship‑building skills and the ability to gain trust.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• High level of organization and strong time‑management skills.
• Digital fluency, including experience working with CRM systems.
